These terms describe the initial Complete Palm Profile product offered by Precise Palm Reading.

Price and scope

The Complete Palm Profile costs $9.99 USD once. There is no Release-1 subscription. A verified purchase creates one purchase record, one entitlement, and one permanent Palm Profile. In Phase I the profile waits for capture; palm capture and personalized reading are not yet available. Checkout discloses this before purchase.

All sales final

I agree that this purchase is NOT REFUNDABLE.

You must actively check the consent box before checkout. Consent is recorded with its time and policy version. All sales are final, subject to required legal exceptions. Administrative handling may be available for duplicate charges, fraud, disputes, technical non-delivery, chargebacks, or legally required exceptions. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Recovery

Sign in with the account used to purchase to recover the same profile on another session or device without repurchasing.

Limits of interpretation

Palmistry is traditional interpretation and personal exploration. It is not scientifically validated prediction. The service does not provide medical diagnoses, exact lifespan or death predictions, or guaranteed fertility, marriage, financial, or legal outcomes.

Later offerings

Palm Match, consultation, and optional spiritual products are separate offerings and are not sold through the initial Palm Profile checkout. Recommendations cannot influence a reading. No purchases of these later products are available in Phase I.

Public sales remain closed pending payment and email configuration, verified delivery readiness, and final operator/contact details.
